MINUTES of the Meeting held in the Council Chamber, Swale House, East Street, Sittingbourne on Tuesday 21 February 2012 from 6:00 pm to 6:34 pm.

Present: Mr Chris Maclean (Independent Member and Chairman), Parish Councillors Graham Addicott and Ken Ingleton.

544	exclusion of the press and public RESOLVED: (1) That under Section 100A(4) of the Local Government Act 1972, as amended, the press and public be excluded from the meeting for the following item of business on the grounds that it involves the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraph 1 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Act.

545	review of complaint no. sbc 01.12 The Sub-Committee determined that the complaint, if proven, would be a breach of the Code of Conduct but did not consider the complaint to be sufficiently serious to warrant further action and it would not be in the public interest to incur the costs involved to undertake an investigation into the matter. RESOLVED: (1) That the complainant and subject member would be notified that no further action would be taken as the complaint was not considered sufficiently serious and was not in the public interest to undertake an investigation.
